Transitioning Into the NEW Era of Unemployment

The combination of aging technology, rising unemployment, a popular demand for online unemployment benefit services, and the need to advance service delivery has caused a dramatic need for a comprehensive online solution. A fully-integrated unemployment and labor exchange system improves the overall efficiency for state-level employees handling unemployment claim cases and reducing the duration claimants remain unemployed.

New Training Videos for Virtual OneStop

Our Virtual OneStop® solution now includes the capability to provide a series of online tutorial videos designed to train users on how to confidently use the site. Job Seekers can access these videos to maximize their understanding of core system tools and receive informal “refresher” training whenever needed. A flash plug-in is the only requirement to access and view the videos. Although most one-stop resource room computers and staff computers already include this required component, users can download it free of charge.
